Firstly, one account does not just equate to one person, as many virtual worlds either allow  a person to have multiple accounts, or are are hacked by users to do so (by social engineering). Secondly, there will be inactive accounts as well as some worlds allow a person to create an account but NOT delete it, and other users create an account, don't like what they see, but never bother to delete them. Even so, if we reduce this to 1/2 or 1/4 of the above figure, it's still impressive. While this figure is impressive it is undoubtedly inflated by two factors.
