I did the filming for Man vs SL.

I just wanted to point out a few things that myself and the other two guys (including Sylar) feel that if we made a sequel, it wouldn't nearly be as punchy as this one. We decided to end on a high note and perhaps later in the future, if some ideas get thrown around that are decent, another film could be made.

This film was basically made for a school final project and then about a week later was posted to youtube. All of us have been ecstatic at the number views we have received since the start.

All this holds a lot against us, not in a bad way, but the fact that we have all of you, the fans, to please with any future films that are to be released or not.

I personally would love to do a sequel to this movie, but upon further thinking on this, Sylar is right, it wouldn't be as punchy as the original.

However, for the fans, either myself personally or myself and Sylar will be in person on camera doing a behind the scenes as well as a commentary about the making of Man vs SL in the next few months for the fans, and for documentation. It won't be one to miss!

Thanks again everyone for faithfully viewing this film! It really means a lot to us personally!

This guy seems to have used it to help develop his film skills. Some kids use it to further their design skills, programming skills etc...
So as much as he might not like it, he may well look back on it with fondness as it provided him with a great new opportunity in filmmaking.
That said - I don't think any opinions are wrong. It's just as important to understand what doesn't work for people as what does. We have found in our research(at schools) that Second Life can act as a good gateway for people.
