If anything we're being kind to Telstra given the large amount of time each of their BigPond sign-ups spends on the unmetered islands (a key component of the traffic algorithm), an advantage ABC Island doesn't have....

I dont mean to sound negative but you really should explain to reader just how traffic is calculated and how irrelvalent it is to what your story is about.
